I can't sign into my account on Macy's and every time I endeavor I get an error bulletin proverb that it looks similar at that place's a problem on their finish. I also tin can't add products to my cart because when I try I become an error bulletin telling me to phone call their customer service number to guild something if I continue to have bug adding the item to my cart. This has been going on for most 5 days now and it is happening on my laptop. When I tried a couple of days ago to sign in using my telephone I was able to sign in. I prefer to apply my laptop to buy from them though so I wish they would fix whatever issues they are having.

Sadly, this is the concluding lodge I will make with Macy'southward. Website wouldn't process the order or payment 3 times. Called the 800#, placed & paid for the oder, then order was cancelled because they couldn't 'verify' the society??? I ordered it online with an agent the evening beforehand. Had to call and supervene upon the guild and now won't exist delivered for 13 days! WOULDN'T even expedite commitment for me due to 4 failed attempts to purchase. I take been a customer for YEARS!!!! Honestly, that'southward horrific customer service. I am not a negative person nor a complainer and I understand the realities of business during this Pandemic but this type of service is unacceptable. Cannot log in. Captcha initially was not loading. Then I finally after 12 hours got a link to update my password, Completed that and went to log back in and information technology locked my business relationship. For a minute final dark, I saw a banner "we are experiencing technical difficulties". The online credit department is not working every bit well.
They misplaced my check for payment and keep billing me the minimum accuse fee.
I paid the bill once again leaving a note with my payment and they still charged me again for another minimum charge fee. When I paid the whole pecker which is noted in the argument. Macys website is not working for me and i tried 3 times, simply all got loads of mistake letters. I accept sent the pre-ordered RM150 DVD set 2 times but the website is offline right now. I ordered a new Nikon D70 and I tin't get into the store at all. I chosen the client service and the guy on the phone says, "Tin you lot call the department of finance?" Then he tells me, "I can't make you lot an appointment because you aren't set up yet. The system won't allow me to process your order." It's Monday nighttime, I've already worked belatedly last week trying to get here. I just want to get into this shop and get my D70. Does anyone know what to exercise?
